We are ordering the system 6037R-E1R16L. What cable do we need to connect to the rear optional 2.5 inch hard drives?

This unit is a mobile rack with its own backplane. Please use any breakout straight-through cable which connects SFF-8087 to single SATA/SAS type data connections, or if using on-board SATA, just use SATA cables. Also add a 4-pin molex power split from the power supply.
