I have an X10SLE-HF with CPU E3-1285 V3 and cannot get VHD to work. Do you know what the issue can be?

VHD will only work if you are running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 or Windows 7 Enterprise SP1. RemoteFx requires the VM to use one of these compatible operating systems in order to work correctly. Without SP1, VHD will not work.
