Question
We have a microcloud X9SCE-F, and CPU is only running at 1.6GHz and we have E3-1270v2 3.5 GHz processors (69W). Sales literature says up to 69W processors. How do we run CPU at full speed. I can't find anything in documentation or BIOS to set clock speed.

I tried both disabling Power Technology completely. I think I've tried every combination of power settings in the BIOS...

Answer
On X9SCE, there is a system protection circuit that all CPU will run at lowest speed if there is one power supply failed.
We need both power supply installed but with only one power cord attached, or if one of the power supply failed.
If yes, it will be considered as upon condition mentioned, and all nodes’ CPU will run at lowest speed. They can either take one power supply out to replace it, or if they don't have the second power cord plugged in, plug it in.
