Your SYS-1022G-URF(chassis SC815TQ-R700UB) webpage says that there are two USB ports and one DB9 port, but I can not find it on either server image or user manual. Do I need to buy any optional part?

Yes, there is an optional USB/COM tray for this server and it will occupy the floppy drive location. the part number is CSE-PT40L-B0.
