Is the X8SIA motherboard compatible with the SC836E1-R800 chassis?

They are not optimized, but compatible. The air shroud may not be usable on this motherboard. An active heat sink may be needed on this configuration. You will also need 3x 4-pin extension CBL-296L and 1x 8 pin power extension CBL-0062L.
