What part number would I need to hook up power from the SC213A-R900B chassis and to the Slim DVD Drive DVM-TEAC-DVDRW-SBT? Is it a smaller power connector than the regular SATA power connector?

The SATA interface on the slim DVD-TEAC-DVD-RW-SBT drive is Mini-SATA connector type. You need to use the Slim SATA DVD kit (includes backplane and cable). The part number is MCP-220-81502-0N. Please contact RMA department to order the kit.
