I using X9SCD-F onboard RAID to build up RAID-1, However, I did not see anything alert from IPMI web GUI.

Is there a way to monitor the status remotely?

The X9SCD-F didn’t support H/W RAID monitor via IPMI.

But, you can use Intel RST tool to monitor RAID HDD status in OS, please refer below link for intel RST Application, thank you.
