Customer has an old Twin and he wants to reload windows 10
The problem is that no matter He changed the boot list to USB  it don’t load the image

Answer
(1) First of all, I would like to check with  customer that how he created the USB with Windows ISO.
Please make sure customer has created bootable USB from Rufus.

(2) Power-down Server >> insert USB to MB.
  (Step 3-4 can be skip to Step 3*-4* below: listed another options)
(3) ReBoot to BIOS >> Boot page and toggle the USB Key to Priority  order 1.
(4) Reboot for installation

Another Options: ( your customer may need to try this first)
STEP (3) can be changed to (3*) ReBoot and press <F11> key to enter boot manual
STEP (4) can be changed to (4*) select UEFI USB to boot. The installing page will be invoked)
