If my RAID array fails, will the system automatically rebuild the RAID?

Answer
It will if the SCSI backplane has SAF-TE chip (GEM chip). Some of our servers or cases with SCSI backplanes have this chip built-in. Please check in POST or OS to see if this chip is present.
