Question
I have a P4DMS-6GM board. I have 2 Xeon2.0 CPU and a 400W +12V ready power supply. The system can boot up with display, but after few minutes of running, it gives a siren warning beep and the system becomes very unstable. I check the user manual but cannot find such warning beep.

Such warning message comes from onboard hardware monitoring logic. Please check:

(1) Is CPU or system overheating?
(2) Does the power supply provide proper and stable power/voltages to the system? Both information are available in BIOS Setup under PIR section, Hardware Monitor Logic.
