Why does P4DC6+/P4DCE+ show 4 red LEDs onboard and no video when I power on the system?

When these 4 red LEDs stay on, it means that the CPU isn't getting power from the 8-pin 12V line. Please make sure that you connect this power cable to support Xeon CPU.
