I wanted to know if we can install 3 GPUs and 2 PCI-E LP cards on the 4 systems below. Does it support 1 or 2 PCI-E x8?

Also, do we need MCP-240-42412-0N in order to install PCI-E cards into the 2 LP slots?

All four part numbers you listed can support 2 PCI-E x8 per node. We don’t need MCP-240-42412-0N to install PCI-E cards into the 2 LP slots.
