Server SYS-741P-TR stuck at BIOS Boot IPMI for a while then hangs on DXE-BIOS Bus Enumeration then tries to reboot.

Answer
DXE - BIOS Enumeration means something could be wrong with PCIe Bus.  Informed to clear CMOS and resolved the issue.
