We are trying to load RAID on the 5035B-TB server. The USB floppy drive does not find the driver file. What can be wrong?

Answer
Check to see if the floppy light activates when it searches for the driver file. Also, check if you can see the floppy name in the boot priority list. If there is no indication, it is either a cable problem or a floppy drive problem. Please replace the floppy drive.
