For X11SPA-T, X11SPA-TF, C9Z490-PG(W), C9Z590-CG(W) and X12 or above projects: How to enable PTT function in BIOS setting a. Download latest Bios from www.supermicro.com b. Boot to any boot option. ex. Built-in EFI Shell c. Enable PTT Support in Advanced -> Workstation ME Configuration. d. Confirm if TPM device displayed under PTT Support item.
For C9X299-PG300F, C9X299-PGF/RPGF(-L), X11SCA/-F/-W: How to enable PTT function in BIOS setting a. Download latest Bios from www.supermicro.com b. Switch JPME2 jumper to 2-3 c. Update Bios to latest Bios d. Switch JPME2 jumper back to 1-2 e. Reboot your system f. Enter Bios setup manual by pressing “Del” key during power on. g. Set setup item "PTT Support" to Enabled in Advanced->PCH-FW Configuration page. h. Confirm if TPM device is displayed under PTT Support item i. Save and Exist your Bios configuration. j. Reboot your system.
For the models not listed above, customer should still use TPM module. |
