I have updated my X5DE8 BIOS from Rev. 1.2 to Rev. 1.2B. I now notice that the system bootup takes longer to pass IDE device detection. Why?

We added the IPMI feature in our BIOS Rev. 1.2B, so when the system boots it will take time to initialize IPMI timing and protocol.
