Can I install 2 active heatsinks, SNK-P0050A04 on X9DRL-IF motherboard.

No. The fan on heatsink installed on CPU2 socket (resr) will overlap the heatsink installed on CPU1 socket (front). Please use 2U(+) active heatsink, SNK-P0048A04
