Question
Please let me know how I can configure RAID0 for two ST4000NM0033 devices. The Intel RST tool does not display Create item under Status tab. My BIOS settings are Intel AHCI ROM with Intel BIOS. M/B model is X8DTU-6TF+.

Since you use 4TB HDD, please request BIOS 2.0c from Tech support to fix this issue.
