Question
We have a SuperServer 1028U-TN10RT+ with 10 NVMe drives installed. If we install the following Mellanox card in any of the PCIe slots: MELMCX4121A-ACAT Revision A8 the system hangs on POST CODE 91.

Answer
Please contact Mellanox to acquire the firmware for revision A7 to solve the issue. Only difference between revision A7 and A8 is the firmware level according to Mellanox
