I have one of the Supermicro X9 motherboards. IPMI BMCs that have NTP enabled are being abused for NTP amplification DDoS attacks. Is there a fix for this?

We have a test firmware 3.20 that has the fix for the NTP issue. For now, please contact support for the test firmware. Once we have finished validating it, it will be available for download from our website.
