Yes, the X10DAi will support SR-IOV. You will need to have the following Bios settings to enable SR-IOV:
Advanced >> PCIE/PCI/PnP Configuration >> SR-IOV >>"Enable"
Advacnced >> PCIe/PCI/PnP Configuration >> ASPM support >> "Enable"
