I boot up my system 5018D-FN8T but got an error message "Channel configuration is not supported DIMMA4". Please advise.

Answer
It is possible your memory is not compatible such as LRDIMM. The motherboard inside is X10SDV-TP8F and it only supports DDR4 ECC RDIMM or ECC/non-ECC UDIMM.
