In 4028GR-TRT2 along with two Xeon E5-2687W v4 or E5-2667 v4, Do we need any specific configuration to use these high-frequency CPUs? Do we need to update the BIOS? or use a different the power supply?

There's no specific configuration needed. Only the Xeon E5 2600 v4 required the BIOS 2.0a and up.
