We have an H100 GPU with ECC errors. Can we send it in for RMA?

Please run the bug report and observe the following:
- check if the threshold for DRAM/SRAM has been exceeded (will be set to yes)
- check if row remapping failure occurred (will be set to yes)

Please also check the FD to see if row remapping is recorded in the output as well.

If neither of the two has happened, and the FD does not return a fail test, then the GPU is not eligible for RMA.
