I have X8DAH+-F motherboard. After connecting to IPMI web-interface to log-on I have no access through KVM Over Lan, I press CTRL + ALT + DEL?

With the embedded IPMI chipset on-board, there is no KVM signal connected to PCI-E slot. If you have third party video card installed then it will not support KVM Over Lan.
