We go into BIOS setting under Enable Advanced / Chipset Config / North Bridge / QPI Config and select ISOC option to enable then the USB keyboard issue is fixed. What is ISOC?

Enable/Disable the iscochronous mode to reduce/increase the credits available for memory traffic. Workstation & HEDT require ISOC enabled for audio and media performance
