Question
I have a weird issue that we have reproduced several times on the X9SRW-F.

I have tried the 1.0b and 2.0 BIOS on the motherboard so far.

After we use DD tool to install Debian OS onto a 1TB Constellation ES drive that
is hooked up to the motherboard, the system will no longer boot past
the A2 POST code.

What is the code A2? How can this be resolved?

Answer
BIOS POST code A2 means that it can not detect a HDD with a valid partition
structure and boot record. You have to install the OS using standard installation
procedure instead of using DD command.
