I have CSE-846TQ-R900B revision J1 and CSE-836TQ-R710B revision A6. Can I use MCP-290-00057-0N and MCP-290-00053-0N rails listed on the webiste?

No, MCP-290-00057-0N can only fit on SC846 after K4, and MCP-290-00053-0N is only compatible to 3U after rev J2.

You can use MCP-290-00001-00 for SC846 and MCP-290-00014-00 for SC836.
