Question In IPMI site, why CPU1 and CPU2 temperatures are reading "Not Present!". I can see this under the "Sensor Readings" page. There are other sensors that show as "not present", but the CPU1 and CPU2 are the only two that have a red indicator next to them, and there are also entries for CPU1 Temp and CPU2 Temp in the event log saying "Overheat - Asserted", and "Overheat- Deasserted" quite often. Answer It might needs to reset the IPMI. Please login IPMI and set it back to “Factory Default”. It will pick up all the sensors…. Was this FAQ helpful?
