Question
I have Windows Server 2012 and installed Superdoctor 5 on my system. How come I cannot see my memory health or hard disk health in the sensors?

Answer
Monitoring of memory health by Superdoctor 5 is only available on Linux platforms. It is also not available on Supermicro desktop motherboards, plus not all Supermicro servers support this function. Please refer to Supermicro website for an up-to-date list of supported products. Monitoring of SMART health, or hard drive health, is only available on Linux platforms. It only supports internal drives, and not external USB drives. Monitoring of RAID health is available on LSI 2108 and 2208 controllers. LSI 2008, LSI Fusion-MPT based, and Intel RST controllers are not supported.
