We have built and shipped one server with 2 nodes populated. Each node has 1xSSD/CPU/4GB RAM/PCIe slot populated. The customer powered this unit and got an error message “system initializing 91” . Do you know what is the reason?

Postcode 91 is at the beginning of the bios starting to initialise the PCIe slots/cards. First please check if an add-on card is causing this problem.
