I keep pressing Ctrl + Home to enter the BIOS Recovery, but it keeps rebooting.

You have to stop pressing Ctrl + Home when you see the "System Enter Recovery Mode..." at the bottom left of the screen. If Ctrl + Home is still being pressed after it goes pass that screen, it will trigger the reboot.
