I have MAC OS and tried open the jnlp file to launch the remote console viewer but the Java security popup won't allow me to run the applet. How can I get the KVM to work from the browser? I tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox nothing works.
On the MAC when you click launch Remote Session, the browser will download a jnlp file. Instead of clicking on it from the browser, where it will block the applet from running, go to the download folder where the .jnlp file is, then right click it (or two-finger click it) to bring open the right click menu. Then choose "open with" and open with the Java Web Start.app, this should allow you to run the KVM.
