Question
I did read that for SR-IOV support we need to set SR-IOV and IOMMU to enabled in the bios, but on our X9SKV board we do not have these options in the bios?

For newer model boards the settings are listed by another name, ASPM. Please set ASPM to “Auto”
Also make sure Intel virtual technology is set to enabled;

Bios->Advanced->PCIe/PCI configuration->ASPM
Bios->Advanced->CPU Configuration->Intel Virtualization Technology
