We are ordering a server based on the X10DRi-T board. Our current intention is to install a Samsung PM951 NVMe SSD on one of the PCI-e slots and use it as a boot device. Does this motherboard support PCIE- NVME SSDs as a boot device?

No, X10DRI-T does not support the PCI-E NVME SDD as boot device.
