Do we need to have the Dynamic DNS for the BMC hostname to be given to the DHCP server so it can forward to our DNS or just adding it to Network is enough?

Answer
You just set up the hostname and BMC will send out DHCP with the hostname to their DHCP server.

Then that server will configure DNS server.
