Question On X10DAL-I, with OS installed in UEFI mode, when the system is entering sleep (S3) it is unable to fully wake from sleep by pressing the power button or a keyboard key. Answer Please request BIOS X10DAL6.C01 from Technical Support and update both the BIOS and ME Firmware. You can update the ME firmware by setting the JPME2 jumper to position 2-3 during the BIOS Update. Afterward, return the jumper to position 1-2. Was this FAQ helpful?
