Where do I change the PCIe bifurcation BIOS settings in X10SRI-F BIOS 2.0b?

It is under integrated IO configuration sub tab . Change from "Auto" to desire setting for respective PCIe slot.

Advanced >>Chipset Configuration>>North Bridge>>IIO Configuration>>II01 Configuration.
