I have 3 Supermicro motherboards and need to buy the OOB Management Package (SFT-OOB-LIC) for each. I see more than one MAC addresses on each motherboard. Does that mean I actually needs a license key for each MAC address?

Each motherboard has only 1 IPMI MAC Address. The reason you saw multiple MAC addresses is because 1 is for IPMI MAC address and the others are for LAN1 and LAN2 and so on, so it is normal. Only provide the IPMI MAC address when purchasing the OOB key.
