Question
Customer reported X11DPL-I LAN1 and 2 both not shown in Device Manager, nor IPMI WebGUI.  Customer did clear CMOS, BMC factory default reset but the issue not fixed.
Answer
Single board issue. After debugged, found out the two MAC address of onboard LAN ports are erased.  Customer needed to RMA the M/B to reprogram the MAC address back.
