Checked PSOD and found Machine Check Error messages. For MCA/MCE flags in PSOD page, there are potential hardware issues/concerns. 
Requested to provide System Event.log and crash_dump.log files
Checked Event.log and found one DIMM was flagged with uncorrectable ECC errors.
Requested to replaced flagged DIMM and issue resolved.
