Lately we have been getting a lot of false alerts from Super Doctor 5, although everything is fine on the server. The number of these alerts can reach 100 or more at a time.
Tell me, how can we fix this behavior of these notifications in order to somehow group them into one message or several, or even remove the false positive?
Make sure that you have the latest SD5, BIOS, and BMC FW installed on your system.
Also, compare the alerts to the IPMI event logs to see if any of the alerts are consistent.
If none match up, you can refer to the SD5 manual to uncheck certain alerts to be shown under the ALERT CONFIGURATION and MONITORED ITEM.
If error alerts match up, please contact Technical Support to further diagnose the issues.
