X13DEI-T record many event logs of "[CPLD-0020] CATERR - Assertion", and system halted,is it need to update CPLD firmware?

No, it doesn't means CPLD firmware damaged, Please download crash dump file for analyse. After debug, it caused by memory subsystem, need check CPU & memory installation or components.
