What is the difference between PCIe 5.0 x16" Switch Dual-Root" (X13DEG-OA) and "PCIe 5.0
x16 CPU-to-GPU Interconnect" (X13DEG-QT)?

X13DEG-OA (PCIe 5.0 x16 Switch Dual-Root):
Dual-Root means that you have two CPUs with each of them communicating to a separate PLX switch. (Single-Root each CPU communicates to a single switch. This is system dependent whether its single or dual.)

X13DEG-QT (PCIe 5.0 x16 CPU-to-GPU Interconnect):
There is no PLX switch, so all PCIe lanes are direct to CPU for communication.
