Does the FAQ below point to a dead-end?

I have a customer who purchased 5 HDS-FI785D-M01 Fusion cards, he thinks he is having a driver issue (I am getting third party information on this). I saw that it was an issue at one time anyway since it was posted but the link is dead.
Can you send me a direct link to these FusionIO drivers please…?
Also where can I get the manual for this?

By the way, IE firewall setting blocks the FTP connection. Do not use IE. I can login without any problem. There are many drivers in there.
