I am wondering if you have a recommendation for a RAID card for your SuperServer 6037R-E1R16L?
I will be populating it with 16 three terabyte drives and running RAID 10.

The on-board LSI SAS 2308 SAS controller currently uses IT mode for NON_RAID support. If you need to use as Host Raid (like) software Raid then you can update to IR firmware for the on-board controller.

if you consider to use Hardware Raid Controller then you can use AOC-SAS2LP-H8iR (LSI 2108) chipset controller or AOC-S2208L (LSI 2208) chipset controller.
