Does "ALL" SMCI X11 UP boards with C236 chipset supporting VHD feature? Will it work with Intel Quick Sync Technology with all C236 chipset?

Not all boards with C236 chipset will support VHD feature. SMCI has three boards, X11SSH-F/X11SSA/X11SSi-LN4F, with default H/W design to support VHD. It can work with Intel Media SDK for Quick Sync technology. Please pay attention to the Intel SDK Media software. It's also relying on the driver support inside SDK Media package.
