I recently became aware that Intel has a new NVM image to address a security vulnerability in the XL710 network controllers. Does Supermicro have an updated NVM image for these network cards?

Yes, you will have to contact Supermicro Technical Support at support@supermicro.com and request the latest NVM for this card. They will be able to provide the files along with instructions on updating the firmware.
