Question
2029BT-HNCIR supports 24 DIMMs per socket and says can support 3 TB Memory.

If I use 6130 Processor, Max memory support is 768GB, so this server shall support 1.5TB Max and not 3 TB Correct.

Correct, limit will depend on CPU.
Example for 1.5T processor supported: 8180M.
