MB-H11DSi-NT found CPU1 and CPU2 with large temp difference. 42C vs 29C. Is it normal?

CPU1 is location-wise sit further from the middle fans so it would run warmer than CPU 2. 
Is the system over heating when stressed? As long as the sensor reading in GREEN then there is no concerns.
